

The Consortium Supervisor Certificate Program is a competency driven program that will assist in building general supervisory skills as well as the basics of leadership behavior. It consists of a series of 9 core competency based classes, plus an additional 6 elective classes of the participants’ choosing. The program is designed to be completed in one year in order to receive the certificate.
This program is being offered as a cohort, a relatively small group of students, usually between 15 and 22, who start and finish their training together. The instructional format for the Supervisor Certificate Program may be blended with a combination of the traditional classroom instruction and online classes.
