Selection Process
All applicants will be evaluated on an equal basis, excluding returning HonorsToppers, in the following stages:
1. Application review by Executive Council          2. Interview by Interviewing Committee
Applications will be made available at the Honors Center in late February. We also hold an annual informational session at the Honors Center and speak at an Honors Club events about HonorsToppers. The Advisory Board will review the letters of intent and make selections. An interview or meeting with the Advisory Board may be requested prior to selection of membership. One interview session will be held to select new HonorsToppers. All new applicants who meet the qualifications set forth by the HT constitution will be given an interview, which will determine membership to the organization. The Interviewing Committee will be composed members of the Advisory Board, the outgoing Coordinator of Membership, and any others that may be appointed by the Advisory Board. Those HonorsToppers who wish to return for a consecutive year of service will be selected based on a written letter of intent turned in at the time of new HonorsToppers applications.
