-CE/T Proposal Form: The document which provides you the necessary format and structure for submitting your CE/T proposal to the Honors College. This document should be completed, with signatures prior to the semester you first enroll in HON: 403. Students often sign up for HON: 402 CE/T Proposal Writing Course to write their CE/T proposal.

-Coversheet form for submitting you CE/T for binding: A cover sheet to put on your envelope containing the post-defense final draft of your CE/T project. This is the copy(ies) that is sent out to be bound.

-CE/T Evaluation Form: Document student fills out and give to the CE/T chair at their defense. This is the document where the Chair and committee communicate the need for revisions and fill in the student’s grade.
