Dr. Todd Creasy Joins Department of Management

Dr. Todd Creasy has joined the faculty of the
Department of Management
Dr. Todd Creasy received his doctorate degree from
Case Western Reserve University in May of 2007. His
research domain centered on how managers can initiate
positive employee identification with the acquiring
firm or combined firms in a merger environment.
Todd has worked for three publically traded organizations and one privately owned company with a lengthy career in human resources and most recently in operations (productivity) improvement through Six Sigma and lean methodologies and philosophies.
He has presented at the Academy of Management, published in peer review journals and industry magazines.
Todd and his wife Alicia enjoy spending time with their three children - Richard (6), Roman (4) and Taelor (2). Todd's hobbies include home improvement, model building, furniture refinishing and sports (and exercise - when the mood strikes him.
