Education
The AHEC accomplishes the educational component of its mission by developing training courses to meet the needs of local health care providers and by sponsoring/co-sponsoring a wide variety of continuing education programs for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, dentists, health educators, allied health and emergency personnel in convenient, accessible rural and/or underserved sites.
