The
Heritage Collection Cookbook is a project sponsored by
the WKU Home Economics Alumni Association. The cookbook
features recipes and memories from alumnus and friends of the
Consumer and Family Sciences Department, as well as information
about the history of Western Kentucky University, the Home
Economics Department, and the "Home Management House"
that many of the alums will remember well.
