Each child must fill out an application
and attend an evaluation
session to particiapte in Upward Flag Football and Cheerleading.
Dates for 2009 Evaluations are: Thurs. August 13 -
5:00-7:00 p.m.
Sat. August 15 - 10:00 A.M.-12:00 Noon
Tues. August 18 - 5:00-7:00 p.m.
**NEW FOR 2009 season**
You can now prepay the fee between July 1, 2009-August 1, 2009.
You have the option of paying the full fee or to pay $25 now and the
balance at evaluation.
Fees are due at the evaluation session and will be $50
per child.
A discount for families with multiple children
participating are available.
