summer as
those 23 alumni who attended the summer meeting enjoyed a day at the
state’s capital
with a little history of
As all alumni have “Moved on Up” in their families, careers, and communities, it is important that you take time to reflect on where you have been and what a better place to do that than with college friends. I challenge you to not only attend the homecoming activities but to get as many of your classmates to attend with you so that you can share your accomplishments, see the new changes on campus as Western has “Moved on UP” into the 21st Century and make new memories and new friendships together.
Yesterday is History,
Tomorrow is a Mystery,
Today is a gift so we call it the Present.
Because our days at Western are History, we have
made. We do
not know what tomorrow may bring, as life seems to get shorter and
shorter,
which is why we have to take the gifts of the present and make the most
of each
day today by sharing memories, laughing, telling others what they mean
or meant
to you, and forming friendships. What a better opportunity to do that
than
Homecoming Saturday November 10th. Be sure to mark your calendars to be
“Movin’
on Up” to
