REAP AWARDS AT CEREMONIES

Outstanding Graduate Student
Receives Award

At the Outstanding Graduate Student Awards Ceremony which transpired during the evening of Tuesday, April 26, Ms. Asli Guldurdek, one of the graduate students completing a Master's Degree in Mathematics, was named the OGDEN COLLEGE Outstanding Graduate Student for 2004-2005. The Department of Mathematics hereby extends enthusiatic congratulations to Ms. Guldurdek as the recipient of this award. In recognition of her excellent work, she received a very nice engraved medallion and a certificate of excellence. Asli has been accepted by the graduate school at Auburn University where she will begin work on her Ph.D. in mathematics.

UNDERGRAD AWARDS EVENT STUDENTS HONORED AT CEREMONY		Bowling Green. Five students who are majoring in Mathematics were honored for their academic excellence in mathematics at the annual Ogden College Awards Ceremony which was held in the Knicely Center (at the South Campus) on April 17, 2005.
