Like many other professionals, personal and career goals led me to further my education. My undergraduate experience at WKU left a lasting positive impression on me so I decided to try graduate school there as well. Now that I have completed the MSTM program, I am very satisfied with my choice. This program has given me opportunities in my career that I would not have otherwise. I was a bit skeptical of the on-line program at first, but I quickly realized that the faculty and staff at WKU were well-prepared for this type of medium and were more than willing to help if I had any questions. The MSTM program offers students flexible educational opportunities. The ability to concentrate on one course at a time roughly every eight weeks was very appealing and allowed me to focus on academics without overwheming my family or employement responsibilities. With solid faculty direction, insight, and support, I had a better educational experience with this program than my previous face-to-face degree program.
