After many years of correctional research, my interests have turned to the study of alternative sanctions.  Mainly, my current work is in the area of law related education and diversion programs for juveniles.  I am presently engaged in an evaluation of the "Project Citizen" program developed by the Center for Civic Education and administered by Kentucky's Administrative Office of the  Courts.
