Directed and managed a web publishing group of 11 new
media professionals including online editors, technical
programmers and sales staff for Mountain Sports Media,
an AOL Time Warner company.

Directed and managed the launch of Vail Resorts first
Web site, Snow.com, a consolidated resort site that
included world-class destinations Vail, Beaver Creek,
Breckenridge and Keystone.

a 200-member aviation battalion, ensuring the unit had
the necessary manpower to accomplish its goals and
objectives.

Aviation Platoon Leader, Operation Officer
Directed the operations, plans, training and personnel
in a 21-member General Support Aviation Platoon. As
Operations Officer, managed a 180-member aviation
company's training program, developed contingency
plans, managed the unit's safety program and flight
schedule.
