In addition to the many student achievements and community activities noted above we are pleased to acknowledge the ongoing success demonstrated by our alumni. Many have started businesses independently (Powerhouse Factories and the Jim Amann Gallery) others have placed themselves in prestigious centers (National Freedom Center, Hatch Show Print) as outlined below. Still others are exhibiting their creative work broadly achieving recognition for their creative work (Guggenheim Fellowship). A steady stream of correspondence from alumni testify to energetic commitment and ongoing personal and professional growth coupled with an appreciation and loyalty to their experience at WKU.
