develop fundamental career skills, gain access to top companies and discover or embrace their passion.

300 like-minded student-leaders exploring such areas as resume-building, career development, workplace diversity
and networking.
It is a life-changing event for incoming college sophomores, juniors and seniors.
Each high-energy program is jam-packed with presentations and activities provided by some of the nation’s most
inspiring speakers and organizations.
Participants leave with access to an invaluable network of professional contacts and mentors, new friends and fresh
ideas about their place in the ‘real world.’
