The Parents' Advisory Council will meet biannually with one meeting on Parents' Weekend and another during the spring. The Council will be composed of parents representing each of the four undergraduate classes, resulting in a total Council membership of 16-32 parents. The Council will work in conjunction with the Office of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving, Student Activities, Residence Life and Admissions. The Associate Director of Alumni Relations & Annual Giving shall coordinate the meetings, activities and correspondence with the Council. One staff member each from the Offices of Student Activities, Alumni Relations, Residence Life and Admissions shall serve as reporting members to the Council. Each member of the Council shall serve for the duration of his or her child's enrollment at WKU.
